Awesome Abs With Exercise Ball Level One

What-to-do vs How-it-helps
A guest was watching a young woman prepare meat for Pot roast. She cuts off a piece off each end and throws them away before placing the meat in the crock pot.
The curious guest asks the young woman why she cut off those pieces. The young woman shrugs and said, “That is how my mother taught me.”
A few minutes later the young woman’s mother walks in and the guest politely asks, “I noticed that your daughter cut off a piece off each end of the roast before preparation. I wonder if that has anything to do with how wonderful the Pot roast tastes. Does it?”
The mother laughed and said, “You know, I really don’t know. This is how my mother taught me. May be you want to ask her when she arrives for dinner.”
Now the guest was a little more than curious. He had tasted the pot roast before. Just thinking about it made his mouth water. What was the secret of cutting the ends off?
Other guests arrive and dinner was served. As soon as the Pot roast was brought to the table, the guest asked the grandmother about the secret.
“Your daughter and granddaughter told me they learned the recipe for the Pot roast from you. I wonder about the secret of cutting the ends off. How does it add to the flavor?”
The grandmother started laughing unable to answer. After a while she said, “When I got married, we had this small Pot. I cut off a little at each end so that the roast fits.”
Learning how things work is much more productive for you than what things work.
As you search for solutions, right after asking what to do to solve a problem, ask how that solution actually works to solve that problem. Be prepared for some very interesting and often lively discussions with a lot of speculations and some truth. Enjoy the speculations but value the truths.
